Hayley Summe, LCSW

Hayley Summe is a Licensed Master Social Worker who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with children, teenagers, and adults to help them reach their goals. Hayley specializes in working with childhood anxiety disorders such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobias, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Separation Anxiety Disorder. She also works with individuals who continue to be affected by traumatic experiences. Hayley employs a person-centered and strengths-based approach, meeting clients where they are. She provides a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and supported. 

Hayley received her Master’s in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis with a focus in Mental Health. Hayley’s prior experience includes working as a Psychiatric Therapist, supporting children, adolescents, and adults in an inpatient psychiatric hospital. Additionally, Hayley received supervision and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) training at the Children’s Advocacy Services of Greater St. Louis. While there, she provided both individual and group therapy to children who experienced significant trauma.
