I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with a certification in Medical Family Therapy. I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Louis University and use a systemic, collaborative, and solution-focused approach to therapy and treatment, providing both brief interventions and long-term therapy. I work closely with families and Clayton Behavioral's multidisciplinary team members to provide the most complete and informed care for individuals, couples, and families.
I operate from a biopsychosocial-spiritual approach and consider the intersections in each patient’s lives and relationships. I thoroughly enjoy working with children and families, especially in helping find ways for them to express and understand their own behaviors, emotions, and relationships. I have a range of experience in working with individuals and families including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, childhood trauma, sexual trauma, living with chronic illness, dementia, and substance abuse.
